When building something worth while, it takes TIME.
4.5 years ago, I decided to go out on a limb and make the transition from full time clinical OT (with patients that I LOVED), to real estate. I had the very narrow mindset that I would advocate for and serve individuals who were ready to move from their homes into a senior living community. Thankfully, this business model has grown to be SO MUCH MORE.
Now with a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certification, as well as a hard earned ECHM (Executive Certificate in Home Modification) I, along with my team, are able to serve anyone with their housing needs.
While it may appear that our main “bread and butter” is real estate sales, I trust that if you have been following along, that you see that our mission is So. Much. More!
With much thought and intentionality we have curated a formal mission to: Create massive opportunity for all people through real estate despite barriers.
As The OT Realtor, I am not looking to just “sling homes.”
If you or a family member has a disability or special need that and is impacted by the built environment (home). We want to listen, and get to know you so that we may educate and equip you with all of your options.
